Terrence P. Kelley
Founder & President
Terry Kelley founded the Serenity Street Foundation in 1996 and currently serves as President. For the past 28 years he has worked extensively with alcoholics and drug addicts to help them understand addiction as well as formulating a necessary action plan resulting in continued sobriety. Prior to his current work, Mr. Kelley was employed at Donald W. Kelley & Associates, Inc., a family owned real estate business. He is a graduate of Ohio State University’s School of Business Administration (1983) and St. Charles Preparatory High School (1977).
Michael A. Roddy
Vice President
Mike Roddy serves as vice president of the Serenity Street Foundation. Since 1999, he has served as the counseling, discipleship and adult education pastor at Logos Bible Church in Pickerington. He attended Dallas Theological Seminary and received a Master’s of Theology degree in 1999. He majored in pastoral ministries with an emphasis in counseling. Prior to becoming a pastor, Mr. Roddy was employed as a partner in the Kirk Williams Company for twelve years. He graduated from Heidelberg (Ohio) College (1983) and Walnut Ridge High School (1979).
Michael D. Bridges
Secretary
Mike Bridges serves as secretary of the Serenity Street Foundation. He is employed as a member of Dickinson Wright PLLC. He serves as a legal advisor for a nonprofit that works to address the housing needs of low-income individuals. Mr. Bridges is a member of the Columbus (CBA) and Ohio State Bar Associations. He received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School, graduating magna cum laude. Mr. Bridges is a graduate of Miami University (1987) and Galion (Ohio) High School (1983).
John C. Hambrick
Career Development Coach
John Hambrick is a Career Development Coach and Training Professional for the Bradford School in Columbus. He is a graduate of West Virginia University (1993), receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in secondary education and a Master’s Degree in educational administration. Mr. Hambrick is a graduate of Potomac Senior (Virginia) High School (1988).
Stuart V. Johnson
Development Officer
Stu Johnson serves as SVP, Chief Development Officer for Uprising Capital, a social impact investor, incubator and strategic advisory firm and Fortuity, a social enterprise bringing 500+ in-demand marketing technology and business process outsourcing careers to the Columbus urban core in Franklinton. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Connected Nation providing comprehensive government affairs, public policy, strategy and management for two Connected Nation programs – Connect Ohio and Digital Works. Stu has over 30 years of executive level public, private and nonprofit Business Strategy, Capital Funding/M&A, Sales, Marketing and Distribution Management experience and holds a bachelor of science in finance from The Ohio State University. He designed, launched and managed nationwide direct and indirect sales channels for LCI International, DigitalBridge Communications, Momentum Business Solutions, Lightyear Network Solutions, National Energy Services Corporation and Nextwave Wireless, including 4 IPO’s and 12+ mergers/acquisitions. Stu also serves as Treasurer of the House of Hope and on the board of the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
Fred J. Damsen
Treasurer
Fred Damsen serves as treasurer of the Serenity Street Foundation. Since 1997, he has been co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of Roger C. Perry & Co. Mr. Damsen is a member of CCIIR (Columbus Commercial, Industrial & Investment Realtors), a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and a certified CAM finance instructor. He is very active with the Columbus Apartment Association (CAA), serving in the role of president in 2013. He graduated from The University of California, Davis in 1988, received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern (1993) and holds both a real estate sales and brokers license in the State of Ohio. Mr. Damsen is a graduate of Encinal (California) High School (1984).
Chuck Postlewaite
Law
Chuck Postlewaite is a practicing attorney with over 4o years of experience with expertise in many areas of law including commercial litigation, contracts, family law, criminal and real estate. Mr. Postlewaite is a member of the American (ABA), Columbus (CBA) and Ohio State Bar Associations as well as the Central Ohio Association for Justice. Chuck has also been recognized as one of the Top 100 Attorneys in Columbus by CEO Magazine. He received his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Norther University Pettit College of Law and is also a graduate of Williams College and Columbus Academy.
